Telephone English - Language & Phrases

Some more telephone phrases for today.

Once again, the exercise gives you a range of phrases to use.  It is important that you choose the phrases you like, the phrases you feel comfortable with.

One idea to help you learn the phrases: print out the list and have it on your desk.  After the first month, you probably will not need the list anymore.
